We intentionally work with a limited number of clients at a time so we can give each engagement the focused attention, thoughtful collaboration, and creative care it requires.

At the start of your project, we’ll establish a clear timeline with key milestones so your team knows what to expect and can plan accordingly.

As a general guide:

• Fundraising + Marketing Materials: approximately 2–6+ weeks

• Reports + Publications: approximately 6–12+ weeks

Larger, multi-piece, or stakeholder-heavy projects may require additional time. Your specific project timeline will be outlined in your proposal based on the needs of the engagement.

Our availability can vary at any given time throughout the year, but we will discuss more during our project consultation, so that you will know what to expect.

Every project is different, so most StickyNote Creative engagements are priced as a custom project investment based on the scope, complexity, deliverables, timeline, and level of creative support needed.

Before we recommend a solution, we take time to understand what you’re creating, why it matters, who you need to reach, and what success looks like. This allows us to shape an engagement around your organization’s specific needs and goals rather than forcing your project into a one-size-fits-all package.

You’ll receive a clear scope, timeline, and project investment before committing, so you know exactly what to expect.

For select projects or additional work outside an established scope, hourly support may be available at $150 per hour.

We work primarily with Adobe Creative Cloud products because we believe in the level of attention the product can bring to our clients and without a doubt, we create our best solutions within this industry-standard software.

When necessary, for smaller projects, such as template creation or social media content creation, Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud Express may be considered the best application as neither require design experience and offer the ability for clients to make changes in-house.

StickyNote Creative does not design templates for Microsoft applications such as Word, Publisher or Excel. For slide deck template creation, Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slides will be used.
