We pride ourselves on delivering quality work, only working with a handful of clients at a time, so we can give each project our full attention and deliver outstanding outcomes without overcommitting or compromising to expedite the process. It's all about creating great results together!
That said, project timelines will depend on the needs and scope of your project, client involvement, review and approval times, edit rounds, holidays, etc but typically it’s a minimum of two weeks from concept to delivery for simple projects.
Typical turnaround times:
Marketing Collateral: 2-4 weeks
Fundraising Materials: 2-4 weeks
Reports & Booklets: 4-12+ weeks
Brand Identity Refresh: 6-8+ weeks

In most cases, StickyNote Creative values design services on a flat-rate project fee basis, working closely with you to understand the scope, complexity, and budget constraints of your specific project needs and goals.
We're not just about making things look pretty – we're in it for the strategy and the “why” behind what we are creating.

StickyNote Creative offers several project-based packages with standard flat-rate pricing. Project-based packages have a defined scope, timeline, and set of deliverables that are the best fit for a fixed fee structure.
Occasionally, the scope of work may best be suited to an hourly rate, at $150 per hour.
Clients who have partnered with StickyNote Creative previously and have a range of ongoing creative needs, may opt to explore a retainer-based engagement that will include a reduced-rate hourly investment. Typical retainer engagements range from 3-12+ months.

Don’t let size or budget constraints be your limitation. We can appreciate your situation and will work with you to provide alternative pricing options and project scope parameters that work within your budget.

We work primarily with Adobe Creative Cloud products because we believe in the level of attention the product can bring to our clients and without a doubt, we create our best solutions within this industry-standard software.
When necessary, for smaller projects, such as template creation or social media content creation, Canva or Adobe Creative Cloud Express may be considered the best application as neither require design experience and offer the ability for clients to make changes in-house.
StickyNote Creative does not design templates for Microsoft applications such as Word, Publisher or Excel. For slide deck template creation, Microsoft Powerpoint or Google Slides will be used.
