My Story
Growing up between two worlds, I was always searching for where I belonged—not quite Nigerian enough, not quite Black American enough, but always myself.
African textiles became my bridge.
The bold patterns, the vibrant fabrics that carried stories across oceans—they weren’t just beautiful. They were a language. A way of remembering, celebrating, and belonging that didn’t require me to choose.
Comfort & Grace Paper was born from that realization: that these textiles are more than adornment—they are expressions of heritage, connection, and heritage.
Named in honor of my grandmothers, Comfort and Grace, this collection is a tribute—to legacy, to care, and to the meaningful ways we connect with one another.
